Callout Fees and Quotation Policy

Standard Business Hours (7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday)
We do not charge a callout fee for site visits during our standard business hours. These visits are provided at no cost and are for the sole purpose of conducting a brief site inspection in order to issue a fixed-price, no-obligation quote. Please note, this free service does not include any labour, use of tools, or specialised equipment while on-site.

After Hours & Emergency Services
If you require service outside of standard business hours, including weekends or public holidays, an emergency callout fee will apply. Our team will clearly advise you of this fee during your phone enquiry, prior to confirming any booking. No after-hours attendance will be scheduled without your prior acceptance of the applicable fee.
